Home Cooking - Quick Rice Pudding

This is a great left-over remake.

1 6-serving size vanilla pudding powder
3 cup milk
3/4 cup plain white rice
1/4 cup raisins

Stir all four ingredients in a saucepan.  Bring to a boil, stirring often.  Boil for 1 minute.  Remove from heat.  Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.  Serve warm or cold.  Makes 3 1/4 cups - enough for 6 servings.  This recipe doubles nicely too.
